I ask that you arrive atleast 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This is to ensure that you receive all off your time. There is a quiet waiting area where you can sit and sip on relaxation tea while listening to soft music. You will be asked to fill out a quick form about the problems you may or may not be experiencing. You will then be guided to a relaxing massage room, where we will discuss what you expect to receive from the therapy session. Please do not hesitate in asking questions about anything in which you are unsure. I will then leave you in the room to undress to your comfort level and relax on the massage table underneath warm sheets. I will knock before I enter the room to begin the session.

Communication is key during massage. If at any time you are uncomfortable, please let me know, so I can adjust to your comfort level.
Draping is required. All massages are non-sexual.
